Website Design + Multilocation Structure
Platform:
WordPress / Oxygen

Franchise and multilocation service businesses that have outgrown their original website and need a structure that can actually keep up with where they are now.

Rebuild a high-authority site to match the franchise brand it had grown into, with multilocation-first architecture, native schema on every location page, and a design that competes at the executive level.

The original site was built for a single-location boutique agency. As franchises were added, new locations were slow to surface in local search, the blog was unreliable, and the platform had stopped receiving major updates. The business had outgrown the structure.

The SEO foundation we built in Q3-Q4 2024 drove a 273% spike in active users by Q1 2025. The location pages we added in Q3-Q4 2025 pushed that to 443% by Q1 2026. 96,000 people found this site through organic search alone. The new build inherits all of that authority and gives it a structure built to scale it further.

“It’s beautiful. I love it. But I think it’s more mom and pop and it does not look like where we are now. We’ve won so many awards. We’re competing at a completely different level.”

— Carson Wagner, Founder, Lifetime of Love Nannies

The Story

When Lifetime of Love Nannies first came to Peanut Media in 2021, they were a boutique nanny agency growing something special in Reno. We built them a warm, polished website that matched exactly where they were at the time. And then something happened: the business grew. A lot.

By 2025, Lifetime of Love Nannies had launched household staffing, senior care, and a franchise model, adding locations across Nevada, North Carolina, Colorado, and beyond. We had built a solid foundation, and the numbers proved it.

Why This Works

In mid 2024, we did a dedicated SEO engagement on the existing site. By Q1 2025, active users were up 273% over the prior year. Then, in mid 2025, we built out individual franchise location pages with schema markup for each territory. By Q1 2026, active users were 443% higher than the prior year, peaking in a single week in January. 96,000 people found this site through organic search alone, with no paid traffic driving it.

What Wasn’t Working Anymore

Over time, as businesses grow, website foundations start to break. In Lifetime of Love Nannies case, it was happening throughout. New franchise locations were being bolted onto a structure never designed for them. The platform had stopped receiving major updates. Blog publishing was unreliable. New franchisees were going 90 days without showing up in local search, frustrated and losing confidence. The domain had real authority and real momentum. What was missing was an architecture powerful enough to actually use it.

The New Build – Coming Mid 2026

The new site is being built franchise-first from the ground up, which means schema is integrated at the architecture level, not added on manually, so every new territory surfaces in local search faster from day one. Services will be tied to each location. The blog will be structured so Carson’s marketing team can publish without breaking anything. And full redirects preserve every bit of domain authority the original site earned over five years.

The design will be clean, executive, and built to compete at the level Lifetime of Love is actually operating at now.

Coming soon. Stay tuned!
