This is for the spiritual healer, the online educator, the intuitive coach who has outgrown a basic website and needs something that can actually hold everything they’ve built. If you have a membership community, a course library, multiple offerings, and maybe even more than one brand under your name, and you need it all to live in one place without feeling like a mess, this is for you. If your audience is sensitive and discerning and you know they make decisions based on how something feels, not just how it looks, this is for you. And if you’ve been putting off the website because you haven’t found someone who gets what you do, hi. We get what you do.

The goal was to bring two distinct brands together under one cohesive digital home without either one losing its identity. Maryam needed her community to be able to navigate between her school, her apothecary, and her individual offerings without confusion. She needed her membership tiers to be clearly structured, her class library to feel organized and accessible, and her newer Etheric Gardening practice to have a space that introduced it properly. Beyond the design, the site needed to function as a real platform for a growing spiritual community, not just a marketing page, but a place people would return to again and again.

Building for a client with a large, active community means the stakes are high from day one. There is no soft launch when thousands of people are already watching. We were working with two brands, multiple content streams, a tight launch deadline, and a final section that came together in the last stretch of the project with content arriving close to go-live. Add in a team on the client side that was navigating its own transitions, and this project required a level of patience, communication, and steady hands that we are honestly proud of. We hit the launch date. The site held. That’s the job.

Spiritual audiences are sensitive. They decide within seconds whether a space feels safe, aligned, and worth their time. A cluttered, generic, or disconnected website breaks that trust before you ever get to say a word. What we built for Maryam worked because every design decision was made in service of her community first. The structure made sense. The flow felt natural. And the visual identity carried the weight of who she is without overpowering what she offers. When a website feels like the person behind it, people stay. And they come back.

The site launched in December 2021 and is still live today. We designed around 20 pages. The site has since grown to index hundreds, which is exactly what a living, breathing membership community looks like. We built the bones. She built the life inside it. People who loved her site wanted to know who built it. That says more than any metric we could put here.

Two Brands, One Website, and a Deadline That Did Not Move

Maryam Hasnaa is an energy healer, an intuitive, and the founder of New Earth Mystery School and Resonance Apothecary. If you know her, you know her world is big. Classes, memberships, courses, a whole apothecary, and a practice called Etheric Gardening that needed its own home on the site. When she came to us, the ask was essentially: hold all of this, and make it feel like her.

This One Was an Architecture Project

It wasn’t just about making it pretty. We were building a foundation. Two brands under one roof, tiered membership levels, a class library with individual portals for each course, landing pages for every offering, and an Etheric Gardening section that got scoped, designed, and built in the final stretch with content arriving close to launch. December 13th was the hard launch date. We hit it.

She Knew What She Wanted, Down to the Details

Maryam was in it. She reviewed designs on live pages, her team gave real-time feedback, and she had opinions, specific ones. There was a design element on the login page she asked us to keep, and we kept it. We also built a custom photographer credit into the site to honor Sarah Rachel Photography, whose images gave the whole thing its visual soul. That credit element ended up becoming something we referenced on other projects for years.

It Launched in 2021 and It’s Still Up

The site went live in December 2021, and it is still live today. We designed around 14 pages. The site has since grown to index hundreds, which is exactly what a living, breathing membership community looks like. We built the bones. She built the life inside it. For a Kajabi site with this much going on, memberships, portals, multiple brands, that means something. We built it to last, and it did.

When the Website Does the Work

Her audience found her through her content, her energy, and her teaching. And when they landed on her site, it held the weight of all of that. That’s the goal every single time. A website that doesn’t just look like the person, but actually feels like them when you arrive.

People who loved her site wanted to know who built it. That was us.

FAQs

Yes. Kajabi is a powerful platform for educators, healers, and membership-based businesses. We design fully custom Kajabi sites that look and feel nothing like the default templates.

Yes, and we have. When two brands share a founder and a vision, the design challenge is making sure each one has its own presence without the site feeling like two different websites stapled together. That takes intentional architecture from the start.

A site of this scope, with multiple brands, membership tiers, and a full class library, typically takes 8 to 12 weeks depending on content readiness. Content is almost always the variable that affects the timeline most.

A discovery call, your content, your brand assets, and trust in the process. The rest is what we do.
